BIRTH DOULA SERVICES
At Valinor, we believe that the human body is a beautiful & intentional creation of God. We believe birth is a profound & meaningful part of HIs design. That women deserve to be cared for with dignity, compassion, and grace through every season of their journey. Valinor Therapeutics offers both birth doula and therapeutic massage services.
Doula Package Option 1
2 separate 90 minute full body massages are included and scheduled at your convenience. I will set up in the comfort of your own home so you don’t need to even leave. During these sessions we will cover helpful breath work techniques, important body alignment, and stretches/mobility to properly support excellent positioning of baby.
3 Prenatal visits
2 in-home visits where we will discuss your ideal birth, I will provide tools, resources, my exclusive client workbook, hands on practice, and what I can specifically be praying for you, in terms of your birth. Our final prenatal will be over the phone to touch base on any last minute details or changes.
Prenatal Massage
I will come and visit within the first week to bring you a yummy meal and nourishing goodies, we then can chat about your birth experience & cover any questions you may have regarding breastfeeding, newborns, nourishment… and I will help resource you in the best possible way. You may even receive a nice little foot massage while we chat. Text me whenever, I am here for you! I will also deliver any edited photos & videos that I was able to capture. .
Labor & Birth
I am on-call for you from 37 weeks on. During this time I am available to you 24/7 to support your labor, educational and decision-making counseling, comfort techniques, and advocate for your birth preferences.
Once you request my presence I remain with you through the birth of your baby. and into your immediate postpartum (up to 3 hours) to facilitate bonding and breastfeeding in the first 1-3 hours of baby’s arrival.
Postpartum
